God's Love!
John 3:16 KJV
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life".
The following describe the Greatness of God's love:
1. God's Love is Plenteous.
"God so loved the world"....John 3:16
A. There are millions who live in lack, even when it seems that in our country there is plenty.
B. It is comforting to know that there is no short supply of God's love, small and great, rich and poor, on one is left out.
2. God's love is Priceless:
"That He gave His only begotten Son:....John 3:16
A. Much of today's love is cheap and temporary.
B. God's Love is priceless, God gave heavens best because of His Love for us.
3. God's Love is Protective:
..."that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish..."
A. Parents strive to protect their children from harm and danger.
B. God's Love is greater. We sinned and deserved to die, but God's protective love saved us from wrath. However, we must believe to recieve.
4. God's Love is Permanent:
..."but have everlasting life"
A. Things of this world aren't permanent. Almost everything rusts, decays, is stolen or destroyed.
B. God's Love is Permanent. It does not last a day, week, month or year. God's love is eternal. Because "God is Love!" John 4:8
Everyone has God's love but it's up to us to receive His love. Do you know God's love....Jesus?
